Yes. Our focus includes small professional offices and home-office businesses, provided the environment and support expectations are a good fit.
Our startup model provides 24/7 automated monitoring with human support during contracted business hours. After-hours emergency service may be available on a best-effort basis unless a separate coverage agreement says otherwise.
Yes. We can support user administration, email, MFA, licensing and common Microsoft 365 issues depending on the scope.
Yes, but cybersecurity is a shared responsibility. We can manage endpoint protection, patching, MFA guidance and other agreed controls without claiming that any system can guarantee zero incidents.
Managed backup is available. The service order should identify what is backed up, frequency, retention and recovery expectations.
Yes. We use remote support when it is efficient and onsite service when physical access is necessary.
A five-person office with modern cloud systems is very different from a five-person office with servers, old computers, multiple locations and unsupported software. Scope should reflect the real environment.
Physical repair can be provided separately through A One Wireless services, but repair work and replacement parts are not automatically included in a managed IT agreement.
